Jump Rope for Heart is Singapore Heart Foundation’s signature student outreach programme to prevent heart disease at young age. It is a continual education journey from Primary 1 to Secondary 4 or 5 targeting to influence students that they will maintain a heart healthy lifestyle. The programme is also adapted to the school system and is meant to compliment the teachers’ effort to make the education journey a healthy and enjoyable one.
Health Mapping Exercise is Singapore Heart Foundation’s a student-community outreach programme. We engage students from secondary schools, polytechnics and junior colleges to learn about heart health and apply the knowledge to serve the needy community.
